Pigeon Forge Brick & Spoon
The grand opening of the Pigeon Forge Brick & Spoon is tomorrow on September 15th! If you have ever vacationed or lived in Mississippi, Alabama or Louisiana, you may be familiar with this popular restaurant. Brick & Spoon is known for their trendy and tasty menu options, inviting atmosphere and their famous bloody mary drink. We are thrilled to be welcoming them to Pigeon Forge and believe you will be just as excited about it once you hear a bit more about their menu. So, let us dive right on into it!
The Pigeon Forge Brick & Spoon is located on Community Center Drive (Traffic Light 2B) in Downtown Pigeon Forge. Open for breakfast, brunch and lunch, you will have many options as what to order. I can tell you from experience that no matter what you order, you certainly want to start your meal off with some Cafe Beignets. Ya’ll, they are to die for and they are served with powdered sugar and marmalade. Again, that is powdered sugar and marmalade. You could honestly make a meal out of just the beignets. There are many other starters to begin with like Baked Brie Bruschetta and Biscuits. They serve some traditional options, but most of the items on the menu are incredible meals that you will not find elsewhere in the Pigeon Forge area. It is set apart from all other dining options in the area. Some of the great meals you will find on the menu is a creole omelet, stuffed french toast sliders, crab cake benedict, various burgers and pasta dishes. If you would like to add a cocktail to your meal, they have some delicious options such as a white cranberry cosmo, mimosa and mojito. They are famous, however, for their Bloody Mary’s. You get to build your own and there are over fifty plus options.
Not only is the food great, but the service is top-notch. The staff are friendly, attentive and efficient and the food comes out beautifully plated. The atmosphere is inviting and casual and reminds you a bit of a restaurant you may find in downtown Chattanooga, Nashville or Knoxville Tennessee. Again, there is no other place quite like it here in the Smoky Mountain and Pigeon Forge area.
This Pigeon Forge Brick & Spoon is going to be a hotspot with tourists and locals both and again, we are so excited to welcome them to the area! Doors open at 7 a.m. and close at 2 p.m. We hope to see you all at the NEW Pigeon Forge Brick & Spoon, opening September 15th, 2018.
